The following rice and honey face mask will show results almost immediately and make your skin soft and gentle.


Cook 2-3 tablespoons of rice in water until they soften, then strain the mixture and transfer the water into another bowl. Wash the rice with water well, then add a tablespoon of warm milk in it. Stir well then add the honey and stir again until the mixture is smooth. Apply it on your face and neck, then wash it off with warm water after half an hour.

This will get you all the benefits of rice and rice water. Rice water is rich in antioxidants and has powerful absorbing properties. It can block the harmful UV rays from the sun and hydrate your skin.

Use the rice water for a maximum of four days after you have prepared it. Keep it in the fridge and use it as a face lotion, or make ice cubes out of it and use them to massage your face.
