It’s best if you eat whole foods and a plant based diets. Consume lighter meals as this will kill off parasites more effectively. There are certain foods that you can consume that will kill off parasites faster. It’s crucial that you add thee power foods in your diet and make the cleanse work as best as it can.

Some people rather do a two in one which is doing a juice cleanse and a parasite cleanse at the same time. This is a very intense cleanse and some may not be able to do this. The best way to being is by consuming raw fruits and vegetables throughout the day and for dinner eating foods like sweet potato, cooked vegetables and some rice. It’s best if you make your food at home rather than eating out.

NO SUGAR!  Parasites feed on sugar. This is what they live for. Not talking about sugar you would get from fruits but actual sugar. Fruits are fine to eat when your cleansing, make sure your not eating too much though and go more for alkaline forms like lemons and limes.

We are talking about eliminating all other types of sugar besides fruits.  This includes raw sugar, cane sugar agave, processed honey, corn syrup and also rice syrup. It’s best if you don’t consume these during this healing time.

What To Expect

  • Wormwood
  • Black Walnut
  • Clove

Night

Step 1: Take another 3 drops of each herb – Wormwood, black walnut, and clove. Take the drops in a shot glass with water. Chase it will a full glass of water. Please make sure your water is filtered.

Step 2: Eat a light dinner after you take your second dose.

Step 3: Wait 1-2 hours.

Step 4: Take the bentonite clay and psyllium husk fiber drink.

  • 1 shaker cup (not metal)
  • 1 tbsp of bentonite clay
  • 1 tbsp of psyllium husk fiber
  • 8 oz. of water
  • Shake and drink immediately
  • Drink another 8 oz. of water immediately

Days 4 – 7

Follow the same instructions from Day 1 -3 but add to the dosage. Add in 5- 6 drops of each herb.  You may also decrease or increase depending on how your body is taking the cleanse.

Days 7 – 14

Follow the instructions from the first week but you’re going to add more dosage that before. Add in 5- 8 drops of each of the herbs.

Days 14 – 21

Take a break for one week. Make sure to take a weekly dosage, its best to take it on Wednesday. Take one dose of the herbs: Wormwood, black walnut and also clove (consume 5-8 drops) you need to consume bentonite clay and psyllium husk, it doesn’t matter if you take it in the morning or at night.

Days 21 – 26

Consume the same as you would in days 7-14. You may add more to the dosage if you choose.
