Having a good night’s sleep is crucial as it allows our bodies to recharge for the next day.

Even though our bodies need to rest for 6 to 9 hours that doesn’t mean that our brain does, as it doesn’t stop working while were sleeping.

When a person is sleeping their brains go into a subconscious mode, which can take us for some crazy adventures with our dreams.
